We are dealing in both pre-loved/pre-owned and new items.
A pre-loved/pre-owned item is not new and has been owned or used before.
The pre-loved/pre-owned items displayed on our online store are in excellent condition, almost brand new and no sign of use before.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Standard shipping charges (By Leopard Courier Services) are applied on orders from the online shop. However, these charges may vary between within the city and out of the city.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Rightnow, payment method is Cash-on-Delivery. Leopard Courier Services will deliver the order to your address and you will have to pay for your order.

How long will delivery take?
The average shipping time is 3 to 4 working days. Due to holidays the shipping time can be extended to 7 to 10 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We are not requesting any credit card or debit card info from our customer. The only payment method is Cash-on-Delivery.
We are only requesting the data from customer is email, cell and address and it is highly secured and will not be shared to anyone.
What exactly happens after ordering?
On completion of an order, you will receive an email about order confirmation. You will receive an order within mentioned delivery time.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
