A pre-loved/pre-owned item is not new and has been owned or used before.
The pre-loved/pre-owned items displayed on our online store are in excellent condition, almost brand new and no sign of use before.
All pre-loved items listed on Faroshgah.pk are carefully inspected for quality and condition before being offered for sale. Items are professionally steamed and pressed for presentation and storage purposes.
As with any pre-owned clothing purchase, we recommend washing garments according to the manufacturer’s care instructions before first use.
We offer FREE nationwide delivery on all orders across Pakistan. Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Additional charges may apply for remote or out-of-service areas.
Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all across Pakistan. Your order will be delivered to your doorstep through our trusted courier partners, and payment can be made at the time of delivery.
Important Note:
For security and courier policy reasons, packages cannot be opened before payment is made to the courier rider. However, if you face any issue with your order, feel free to contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.

The average shipping time is 3 to 4 working days. Due to holidays the shipping time can be extended to 7 to 10 days.
Please contact us freely, if you don’t receive your package within 7 to 10 working days.
We are not requesting any credit card or debit card info from our customer. The only payment method is Cash-on-Delivery.
We are only requesting the data from customer is email, cell and address and it is highly secured and will not be shared to anyone.
On completion of an order, you will receive an email about order confirmation. You will receive an order within mentioned delivery time.
